Puppies are ready to go home at 12 weeks; requests for an earlier date are considered on a case-by-case basis. Puppies scheduled for pickup after their 12th week will be charged a boarding fee. 

Included in the pricing are:

• Puppy wellness exam by my vet at 6, 9 and 12 weeks*

• Vaccinations (6 weeks distemper & bordatella; 9 weeks distemper and Lepto; 12 weeks distemper, lepto and rabies)*

• Microchip

• 12 weeks of LGD training by their canine parents

• Living with goats, sheep and pigs. Share fence line with alpacas, llama and horses. Exposed to poultry. Working parents are on-site.

• Extensive handling by my farm guests 

• Desensitization training for loud sounds (thunder, fireworks, gunshot) using digital reproductions 

• Weekly emailed updates on your puppy

• Buyer may schedule visits with their pup while the pup is still with the litter

• Both parents are health tested for hips/elbows (good/normal); results are available upon request

• on-going support from me as the breeder for the life of the puppy in helping with questions and concerns that may arise.

• In the event the puppy/dog is not able to stay with your family, I will take the dog back; while I cannot repurchase the dog, I will ensure that the dog is placed with another equally loving and qualified home.

* assumes the puppy remains with his/her litter on the farm through 12 weeks of age; puppies that leave earlier will not have all of these visits/vaccinations

Reserving a Puppy:

When pups are under 12 weeks of age, reservations may be made. To make a reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit holds your pup; balance is due before pup leaves the farm. Buyer's puppy selection is based on order of deposits received (i.e 4th depositor is 4th to choose a pup). Puppy selection will happen in the 4-6 weeks of age to allow personalities to start showing.
